Donations to the “Fund” will be used to assist “People with Disabilities” and “Elders” move from Nursing Facilities back to the Community. The “Fund” will assist in obtaining the necessities of life including: furniture, bedding, cooking utensils, food, cleaning supplies and other supports and services needed to live in the community.
